What is Release Meditation?

The Release Meditation is a energetic type of meditation which is designed to aid individuals to release and let go of emotional issues that have built up over time.

Many individuals are very good at holding onto negative emotions trapped within them. This causes the body to react in negative ways, ways that can manifest themselves in both short and long term illnesses.

In this one day seminar we use breathing and movement to allow all sort of emotions to surface, be dealt with and to be eliminated.  The objective is to feel a sense of freedom as we allow all the negative feeling to depart.
