Positive vibrations
The ideal time to do this is when you wake up in the morning, before getting out of bed.
Sit or lay down in a comfortable place, take a few deep breaths in through your nose out through your mouth.
1: Close your eyes think of someone you know who is NOT doing well in any aspect of their life, maybe they have money problems, or they are sick, or they are going through a bad patch right now.
2. Now imagine seeing them doing well, they are smiling and happy, maybe they got a new job, or won the lottery, etc.
3: Now say out loud their name and this phrase “I am NOW glad your doing well, you deserve it.”, when you say this, mean it and say it with joy.
4: Think of someone who is doing well, repeat step 2 and 3.
5: Now, picture yourself doing well and having a wonderful day.
6: Breath in through your nose and out though your mouth a few times and open your eyes and carry on with your day.
Now, don’t you feel good..

Repeat the process as many times as you like with the same people or different people each time.
Remember during the process to keep breathing.
By doing this routine every morning, you will in time start to change your thinking about other people and yourself. The more positive vibrations you send to others the more you will get back in return. This process does not have to be about people you are close to, it could be about a person in the office, or someone you know about.
