Stilling the mind
First download the mandala from the link below and if possible print it out in Colour.
Then stick the mandala on the wall or somewhere appropriate at eye level. Sit still in a comfortable position and focus on the centre of the mandala, if you find your mind wondering, just push the thought aside and focus on the center. Do this on a daily basis.
The more you do this the more you will be able to have control over your thoughts.
In time you will become calmer and more relaxed.
